The 78th Yearbook of American & Canadian Churches, published by the National Council of Churches and edited by PC(USA) minister Eileen Lindner, features an essay on the profound impact new immigration has had on the American religious landscape. The Yearbook itself provides an enormous collection of data -- addresses, names of church officers, statistics. A listing of 234 U.S. local and regional ecumenical bodies gives program and contact information. Purchasers will also have online access to its data.

A Handbook of Churches and Councils: Profiles of Ecumenical Relationships brings together in one volume information on conciliar and confessional bodies and their members. “This book demonstrates concretely the reach of the ecumenical movement and also shows how much broader it is than the WCC alone.” ISBN 2-8254-1480-8.
