The 79th annual edition of the Yearbook of American & Canadian Churches, published by the National Council of Churches and edited by PC(USA) minister Eileen Lindner, features an essay on the new immigration church for the second year in a row. The Yearbook provides information on 227 national church bodies that account for the religious affiliation of 163 million Americans. Lindner says of the trends in the statistics that growing churches continue to grow and declining churches continue to decline in numbers. Yearbook purchasers will also have online access to its data.

A Handbook of Churches and Councils: Profiles of Ecumenical Relationships brings together in one volume information on conciliar and confessional bodies and their members. “This book demonstrates concretely the reach of the ecumenical movement and also shows how much broader it is than the WCC alone.” ISBN 2-8254-1480-8.
